Terms of Service  General Conditions By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Our moving company, licensed under the regulatory laws of Canada, offers professional relocation services domestically and internationally. We reserve the right to modify or adjust these terms at any time without prior notice, except where such changes would violate applicable laws or regulations.  Services Offered Our company provides a broad range of moving services including but not limited to pre-move planning, packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking. We also offer storage solutions and specialty item handling based on your needs. All services are subject to availability and will be explicitly detailed in the service contract you receive upon booking. It is your responsibility to verify that all information contained within the contract is accurate before signing.  Customer Responsibilities Customers must ensure that all items intended for transport are packed appropriately prior to our team's arrival unless packing services have been arranged in advance. Any dangerous or prohibited items should not be included in your belongings as they violate safety policies. Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permits for moves that require road closures or special access.  Liability and Insurance We take every precaution to ensure the safety of your belongings throughout the moving process. However, we encourage clients to purchase additional insurance coverage for high-value items or any special conditions not covered under our standard transit insurance policy. Our liability for loss or damage will be limited as outlined in our standard contracts unless supplementary agreements have been specified.  Payment Terms All payments must be made according to the agreed schedule specified in your service contract. Failure to fulfill payment obligations may result in delays or cancellation of services. Accepted payment methods include electronic funds transfer and major credit cards. A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure our services.  Dispute Resolution In the event of any disputes arising from these terms or our services, both parties agree to first seek resolution through informal negotiation. Should further action be necessary, disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Canada in accordance with provincial law.
